Stunning hotel with great staff at a reasonable price. Really recommend. Would personally suggest getting a car to explore the island as the hotel is in a quiet area. This was perfect for us, but some may prefer to stay in busier areas like Lindos or Rhodes town.

We had a lovely time in our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel were brilliant. A special mention to the young man who worked behind the bar at the main pool during the day, his name started with a 'T' I think. He was amazing.
We always got a sunbed, no matter what time of day we went down to the pool.
Food and drink had so much choice and great quality. Loved the sushi and theme nights in the buffet restaurant. Snacks around the pool were also great. The only slight downside is you cannot get ice creams around the pool on the AI.
It's a quiet hotel with no real entertainment but we were fine with this.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were great. Sea was clean and sunbeds are comfortable and clean. Except that do not expect that the hotel is a 5 star luxurious one. The mindset of the hotel is build upon just to charge you extras with almost everything. You will be paying huge but getting far less. And good luck with finding sunbeds near pools. I won’t go there again.

I'd love to say this was a great trip. But unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived at the hotel and shown our room. The room itself was OK. There was no shaver point so we couldn't charge our toothbrushes. We rang reception and was told to call the spa in the morning as they may have some? There have been smudges on the mirror since we've arrived. And food dishes left in the room!
We wanted an adults only for the peace. However, we were disappointed. There is a system where there are 2 buttons inside the room. One is a do not disturb! The staff did not understand this. We had the mini bar man knock every day despite the do not disturb being on. We also had a maid let herself in to the room!
On the first day we had a German couple take our towels off our beds and refused to move. I asked reception to help and their response was 'the manager is back at 7pm' .. so how does this help me? Ridiculous.
At breakfast there were a few good members of staff. But 1 would ask what drinks you wanted then not get them. This happened twice with the same person!
We asked about 4 days before our holiday ended to have a late check out. We were told to call back the day before. So we did. Then we were told to come back in an hour to have it confirmed! It's possibly THE worst ran hotel I've been to. Highly disappointed. The only positive was there was a nice pizza and pasta place a few minutes walk away. Apart from that there is nothing around.

Positive:
- The rooms are great, seemingly freshly renovated.
- No wristbands!!! (I really can't stand them.)
- The beach is okay, though not private, but there's plenty of space.
- The main swimming pool is spacious and really nice, especially at night.
- The pool area is calm, with enough space for everyone.
- The live music is nice.
- The bartenders are great.
- I found the hotel itself to be stylish, peaceful, spacious, and very nice.
- The à la carte restaurants were good; the food was delicious and well presented. But not everything is in All-Inclusive.
- I assume that the rooms with shared and private pools are fantastic. It seems like having these types of rooms helps reduce the crowding at the main pool, which is a huge plus.
Negative:
- The All-Inclusive package is strange. I've never seen an all-inclusive system like this one. Half of the things aren't included, and I'm not talking about premium items that are usually excluded from all-inclusive deals. For instance, one type of pasta is included, while another is not. You also need to have your phone on hand at all times to scan the QR code to see what is included and what not.
- We asked for a bottle of still water at the lobby bar at 8 a.m., but they refused, saying the all-inclusive starts at 10 a.m. THAT SHOKED ME.
- The beach isn't cleaned regularly. A glass sat on the beach walkway for three days until I finally gave up and picked it up myself. The same thing happened with plastic cups and other litter on the beach. Over the course of a week, I ended up picking up a lot of cigarette butts, wrappers, and cups. I find this both disgusting and disrespectful to the environment.
- Also, at the beach, the sunbeds are very heavy to move around (but very comfortable), and the sun umbrellas are fixed. So either you put a lot of effort to move the sunbeds, or you end up burning in the sun with no shade.
- If you're debating between a bungalow or a main building room—don't bother. Even if you book a bungalow, you might find yourself in the main building with the manager explaining that it’s a "bungalow-type" room in the main building (which kind of defeats the purpose of a bungalow, right?).
- I found the buffet at the main restaurant to be poor in choice, but i must admit that the food was tasty and the buffet changed often.
- The main restaurant closes at 21h
Despite the odd all-inclusive system and a few other negative points, the overall experience was great. I really appreciated the hotel's style and, most importantly, the calm atmosphere.
